The 48 Hour Policy
This policy asks for 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment to avoid losing the £20 Deposit taken for all appointments.
The Lateness Policy
Please Note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. However if we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment a 25% charge will be placed onto your next booked appointment. If the appointment was part of a multi treatment plan. You will loose that treatment.
